How to create new tags
When you are logged in to InviteDesk, you will have access to several settings you can apply or adjust.
You can find the settings on the top bar by clicking on Settings=>Settings:
Regarding your company profile, you will have several options available:

My company: here you can edit your company.

Sender: here you can determine your default settings concerning the sender options for your events.

Tags
By clicking on "Tags", you will see the following:
To create a new tag, click on "+ add a tag". You will have the following options:
- Give your tag a name.
- Click on "Save" to keep any changes you have made.
Tips & usage
Multilingual support
Since our platform is multilingual, you can translate your tags into multiple languages. However, completing the tag in the default fallback language is sufficient.
Use tags in surveys
When creating a survey and selecting the “Tag cloud” question type, you can reuse the tags created here.

Filter contacts in the address book
Tags can be used to filter contacts in the Address Book, allowing you to quickly find specific groups of contacts.
