In InviteDesk, all emails can be sent automatically, but you also have the option to (re)send an email manually via the invitation list.
To send an email to a group of invitees:
- (Optional) Filter your target group (f.e. by status, segment, or ticket type).
- Select everyone in this group.
- Click the envelope icon at the top of the invitee list and choose one of the emails created for your event.
To send an email to a specific invitee:
- Simply click on the envelope sign next to their name and choose one of the emails created for your event.
Note: The email will only be sent if the invitee’s status matches the email type. For example, an unregistered guest will not receive a confirmation email, and an ad hoc email targeted at pending invitees will not be sent to a guest with a confirmed status, even if you select all guest and trigger sending this ad hod email.
