How to report an unknown error
In very rare cases, it can occur that the system does not work as expected or that a message will appear that an unknown error has occurred. Most of the time it will be a temporary interruption of the internet connection or a certain browser acting strange. First, we advise you to try again. If the error persists, we are of course ready to solve it for you.
In order to find a solution for you, it is important we know exactly what action you took to trigger the specific error. We recommend to send us a screenshot of the console and network status of your browser. Follow these steps:
Step 1:
When you are in your browser and on the page where the error occurred, press "F12" or "Fn + F12".
Step 2:
Click on the "Console" tab:
Step 3:
Then you need to refresh the page by pressing "F5". If an unknown error has actually occurred, chances are that it will now appear in the "Console" tab and in the "Network" tab.

Please contact your contact at InviteDesk with all the info you have obtained (Screenshots of the errors in the console and network tab) and we will immediately investigate to detect and solve the unknown error.
