Multi-venue (platinum feature)
When creating or editing an event, you enter where and when the event takes place. You can "add different locations or venues" with a few clicks in case you want to give your guests the option to join the event location of their choice.
If you want to give the option to select multiple locations, you need to activate the "Multivenue event" slider. This slider is available for accounts that have access to this platinum feature.
You can choose if the venue selection applies to all attendees per registration or if it can be different for each attendee.
- If 'Venue selection per registration' is selected, the main guest and their additional guests will all attend the same venue(s). The main guest makes a choice of venue(s) that applies to every attendee linked to their registration.
- If 'Venue selection per attendee' is selected, the main guest and their additional guests can attend different venue(s). The main guest will be able to select the venues they want to attend for themselves and for each additional guest separately. That means the choice of venue(s) can be different for each attendee.
You can also limit the amount of different venues one can select to attend. For example, if '2' is set as venue limit, a maximum number of 2 venues can be selected per registration or per attendee.
Tip: you can change the order of the venues by clicking on the arrows next to the event.
