Add recipients by importing a HubSpot list
We already talked about the recipient list and its many possibilities.

As always you can add yourself to the recipient list to, for example, test the campaign mail. If you already added yourself and you want to test the campaign mail again, you can use the "Send test mail" feature.

In this article, we will talk about adding recipients to the recipient list of a mailing campaign by importing a HubSpot list.
By clicking on the “+” sign on the right-hand side of your recipient list, choose "Import HubSpot list":
When you choose this option, you will get a new screen where you will need to do the following:
- CRM list:
Choose your own HubSpot list. - Personalised senders:
Determine if you would like to link these contacts to a specific InviteDesk personalised sender or HubSpot personalised sender.
When you have completed all the steps, the contacts will be added to your recipient list.
Tip: This process will run in the background and you will receive a notification by mail if the process has been completed.
