It can be the case that you have limited user rights and might not be able to do everything. Please contact the administrator or Event Manager of your company that is responsible for InviteDesk. He or she can adjust your user rights if needed.
You can always contact us if you have any questions. Between workings hours (9 am until 5 pm), there is always someone in charge of support. You can create a support ticket in different ways:

- Or click on the "Help" button when you are working in InviteDesk and leave us a message
