You can create sub-options for your registration page in your library. You can find the Library section on the top bar in the dropdown menu of the "Settings" tab. Read more about creating library questions here Registration page: create a predefined question.
In Invitedesk, there are two ways to create conditional questions: sub-options and routed questions.
A sub-option displays an additional set of answers next to the original question, rather than below it.
A routed question, on the other hand, displays the additional question separately below the original question.
To learn more about routed questions, see How do I apply routing to questions in the registration page?

Create a single-select question in your Library.
