Managing your recipient list
When your mailing campaign is running, you can follow up on your recipient list. When you are on the dashboard of your mailing campaign, you can find the recipient list here:
Filters
You can apply the following filters:
- Filter on sender: here you can apply a filter to search for recipients based on sender.
- Filter on status: here you can apply a filter to search for the status of a recipient:
- Unprocessed: mail hasn't been sent yet.
- Processed: mail has been sent.
- Filter on mail status: here you can apply a filter to search for recipients by mail status:
- Queued: in the waiting queue. mail will be sent shortly.
- Sent
- Opened
- Clicked
- Bounced
- Spam
- Blocked
- Not processed: mostly due to the fact that the mail address is not correct. For example: xxx.xxx@hotmail.co

Tip: your applied filters, besides the free text field, will be saved the next time you will visit your list.
Actions
You can do the following actions:
- Search for recipients: in this free text field, you can search for a recipient by typing for example his or her name.
- Sorting columns: by clicking a column you can apply sorting for that specific column. By clicking it a third time, it will restore to default.
- Refresh: you can refresh the list.
- Export: you can export your recipient list. In the following screen, you can give your excel file a name and determine which data you want to export.

- Add recipients to the list: you will have several possibilities to add recipients to the list.
