Events overview
On the events overview, also the landing page when you log in, you will have a centralised overview of your events. You can choose to view these events as a list or with a calendar.
You can search for your events by typing something in the search field or you can sort them for example by date.
Filters
You can apply the following filters:
-
Default filter: Future events (including drafts). You can change this to:
- Future events
- Past events (including drafts)
- Deleted events
- Archived events (Events become automatically archived when the date of the final venue is 30 days in the past. You will then only be able to consult the event and make a clone of this event)(Click on the following link to go to this separate article for more details: “How to clone an event").
- Filter on the owner: you can filter on the owner of the event.
-
Filter on tags: you can filter on tags that you attached to the event.
(Click on the following link to go to this separate article for more details: “Tags").
Actions
By clicking on the 3 dots, on the right-hand side, you can perform several actions:
- Edit: you can edit your created event
-
Clone: you can clone your event
(Click on the following link to go to this separate article for more details: “How to clone an event"). - Remove: you can remove your event
Tip: In some browsers, the 3 dots won't be visible at first. You can make them appear by simply zooming in or out.
Your centralised overview
As mentioned above, you have a centralised overview of your events. Below is an example:
Target:
This can be a hard or a soft target, determined while you are creating your event.
Confirmed:
The number of guests who have registered.
Pending:
The number of guests who have received their invitation, but we are waiting for their answer.
Waiting:
The number of guests who are added to the invitation list but haven't received an invitation mail yet.
This can relate to different possibilities. For example, you have a limited number of places available.
Unused:
The number of places for your event that are unused. You should add more people to your invitee list if you want to have a full house.
