Exported files overview
As you probably already know, you can export your invitee list and attendee list for a certain event. (Click on the following links to go to these separate articles for more details: “Export invitation list" and "Export attendee list"). You can also export other date like registration details, mail statistics, interactions, UTM statistics etc.
When you export data from your event, an Excel file is created and saved in the Filecenter. A first pop-up message will alert you that your export request is being processed. A second pop-up message will alert you when your file is ready.
Click on the link in the pop-up message to go straight to the File center or navigate to the File center by clicking the 'Reports' tab > File Center.
In the Exported files overview you see the name of your file, the type (Invitation, Attendee, Registration details, Mail statistics, Interactions, UTM statistics), the event name it is linked to, the records count or how many rows are present in your Excel file, the processed date and the owner.
You can choose if a user can only view and access their own exported files or can access files from all users. This depends on the permissions in their user rights profile. Administrators always have access to all exported files from all users.

You can download or delete your file in the 'Actions' column:
When an event is being archived or deleted, the files related to this event will also automatically be deleted in the file center. Make sure to download the files to your computer in time to avoid losing data!
